Fondation Kering x Empow’Her

Since 2019, the Kering Foundation has partnered with Empow’Her to support and lead a community of 11 social entrepreneurs committed to the fight against gender-based violence (GBV).

Empow’Her supports the development of entrepreneurs through 3 pillars:

• Collective training led by experts with an international profile on key themes (business model, human resources, storytelling,…) to strengthen their skills and share their experiences;
• Personalized support with access to experts specializing in challenges faced by social entrepreneurs to help their organization grow. Individual consultations enable them to discuss and compare their problems with the solutions and experience of the experts involved ;
• Networking support to identify and develop external opportunities and amplify their impact. Animating this community provides peer-to-peer support and creates a space for discussion and learning, benefitting from their various profiles, all working towards the same goal in different parts of the world.

Empow’Her is a partner of the Kering Foundation, providing ideas, tools, training and networking to the community of social entrepreneurs.
