Adie x Empow’Her

To tackle these obstacles, ADIE is stepping up its efforts with the support of JP Morgan and the Direction Générale De La Cohésion Sociale (DGCS). They have called on associations with expertise in these areas, including Empow’Her, to complete the post-creation support package. The aim is to offer dedicated support to women on the theme of entrepreneurial posture: self-confidence, leadership, time management and network development.

The aim of this project with ADIE is to develop a tailor-made programme for around thirty female entrepreneurs in the Ile-de-France region. The programme is aimed at women in economic and/or social difficulty who have not had access to bank credit to develop their business.

Empow’Her offers a comprehensive group support package focusing on the main obstacles encountered by women entrepreneurs :

Group support makes it easier for women entrepreneurs to help each other and network. After some reflection, the concept of promotion was put in place to generate a cohesive effect and enable effective follow-up throughout the programme. 

Empow’Her has designed 3 collective formats, including : 

#1 Group workshops and training on key concepts : workshop on managing time and prioritising actions, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, speaking out and pitching, identifying supporters to develop your network, etc. 

#2 Networking meetings : women entrepreneurs  help each other with their current issues 

#3 Inspirational meetings : testimonials for inspiration and advice
