The mentors are professionals, company directors, consultants or employees. You will meet a member of the Empow’Her team, depending on your location, who will be able to explain the different access procedures and guide you according to your profile.
Depending on your availability and your involvement in the programme, you will be able to meet and support one or more women entrepreneurs per year.
Your involvement in the programme will depend on your availability. Some mentors are involved on a regular basis, several hours a month, while others are involved on an ad hoc basis. You will be approached by the Empow’Her teams and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not you would like to mentor certain female entrepreneurs.
The programme is mixed, as are most of our activities from now on. Some formats are face-to-face, such as speed mentoring sessions between experts and female entrepreneurs. Others are more remote, such as one-to-one sessions lasting an hour or two.
Both men and women are accepted on this programme !
