A month and a half after our first successful Caravelle seminar, women social entrepreneurs met last weekend in a cosy location by the Rambouillet forest, for the second seminar of the program. Our creators of change were delighted to meet again, share and further develop their entrepreneurial project.<\/p>\n

It was a cosy, but also studious atmosphere. During the weekend, our two coaches, Carole El Zein Corbanese and Richard Katz, helped women better federate around their project and gave them tools to help them guide their teams towards success. Our entrepreneurs also had the opportunity to work on their storytelling skills with Marielle Lieber-Claire<\/a>, our specialist on the subject, et received great advice on networking by Isabelle Sthemer, author of the book \u00ab\u00a0When you wake up and decide to build your network\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Finally, we had the opportunity to meet with two social entrepreneurs with inspiring backgrounds. Sarah Zouak, founder of Lallab, shared advice on how to embody a project and create an atmosphere of unity. Jos\u00e9phine Bouchez, co-founder of Ticket for Change<\/a>, advised on how to build a solid and positive team, because \u00ab\u00a0being a manager is something you learn, it doesn\u2019t come on its own\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

We want to thank all of our speakers, partners and creators of change who make this programme possible and so rewarding. A very special thanks to Fa\u00efmatou, one of our entrepreneurs, who provided delicious West African meals during the weekend.<\/p>\n

While awaiting the next and last seminar of this first group, which will be held in February 2018 in Brittany, we will meet again during the regional Caravelle events!<\/p>\n

See you in December for testimonial evenings in Brittany, in Ile-de-France and in Nouvelle Aquitaine, with entrepreneurs that have got back up after a failure.<\/p>\n

Atmosph\u00e8re familiale mais atmosph\u00e8re studieuse \u00e9galement. Pendant ces trois jours, nos deux coachs Carole El Zein Corbanese et Richard Katz ont amen\u00e9 les actrices du changement Caravelle \u00e0 se poser les bonnes questions pour leur permettre de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer autour de leurs projets, et leur ont livr\u00e9 les cl\u00e9s pour leur permettre de construire et d\u2019emmener leurs \u00e9quipes vers la r\u00e9ussite. Nos entrepreneures ont \u00e9galement eu l\u2019occasion de travailler sur la construction de leur storytelling avec\u00a0Marielle Lieber-Claire<\/a>, notre experte en la mati\u00e8re, qui nous a livr\u00e9 ses conseils pour r\u00e9diger un pitch percutant et travailler sur sa posture \u00e0 l\u2019oral.\u00a0Isabelle Sthemer<\/a>, auteure du livre \u00ab Tu te l\u00e8ves et tu d\u00e9cides de d\u00e9velopper ton r\u00e9seau \u00bb, leur a apport\u00e9 son expertise pour d\u00e9velopper et piloter leur d\u00e9marche r\u00e9seau. Le r\u00e9seau \u00e7a ne s\u2019invente pas et y consacrer environ un jour par semaine peut faire une grande diff\u00e9rence !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Enfin, nous avons eu la chance d\u2019accueillir deux entrepreneures sociales au parcours inspirant qui sont venues t\u00e9moigner de leur exp\u00e9rience. Sarah Zouak, fondatrice de\u00a0Lallab<\/a>\u00a0a partag\u00e9 avec nous ses conseils pour incarner son projet et cr\u00e9er de l\u2019adh\u00e9sion car selon elle \u00ab\u00a0ce n\u2019est pas la r\u00e9ussite individuelle qui fera changer le syst\u00e8me\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb. Jos\u00e9phine Bouchez, co-fondatrice de\u00a0Ticket for Change<\/a>, nous a livr\u00e9 ses outils pour arriver \u00e0 bien s\u2019entourer et construire une \u00e9quipe, car\u00a0\u00ab \u00eatre manager \u00e7a s\u2019apprend, \u00e7a ne se fait pas tout seul \u00bb<\/em>. Notamment, le r\u00f4le du manager-leader est de bien asseoir sa vision pour pouvoir la partager avec ses \u00e9quipes et de veiller \u00e0 valoriser les comp\u00e9tences de chacun des membres pour lui permettre de progresser.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
