In consortium with 4 European organizations, Empow’Her is committed to strengthening the innovative potential of young women. Empow’Her offers the opportunity to think together about digital solutions to today’s climate challenges.<\/p>

In a nutshell, what is a We4Change event ?<\/strong>A combination of different hands-on activities spread over two days of free training, in the form of a Hackathon, for young women aged 15 to 25.The goal ? Create your own entrepreneurial project and pitch it to a panel of professionals. ! <\/p>

Les deux derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 riches des moments d’apprentissage, d’\u00e9changes et de participation autour des th\u00e8mes de l’\u00e9nergie et de la mobilit\u00e9 verte !Le prochain Hackathon We4Change est organis\u00e9 en partenariat avec Ghett’Up. C’est une association engag\u00e9e dans des programmes de leadership et des ateliers culturels pour les jeunes changemakers des banlieues parisiennes. Le th\u00e8me de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition sera la consommation durable !\u00a0<\/p>

Le projet We4Change s’articule autour de trois axes fondamentaux :<\/strong><\/p>

# 1 SENSIBILISATION ENVIRONNEMENTALE ET ENGAGEMENT CIVIQUE par la formation sur le changement climatique et le renforcement de la citoyennet\u00e9 active\u00a0<\/em><\/p>

# 2 LEADERSHIP ET ENTREPRENEURIAT \u00e0 travers le design thinking, le business planning et les rencontres inspirantes<\/em><\/p>

# 3 DIGITAL SKILLS AND INNOVATION MINDSET proposant des ateliers de formation aux outils num\u00e9riques<\/em><\/p>

Apporter un changement durable dans la communaut\u00e9, le tout dans un esprit d’engagement et de sororit\u00e9 !30 jeunes femmes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aventure, pourquoi pas toi ?
