In partnership with the El Bakara cooperative, Empow’Her has set up an entrepreneurship literacy project within the SEEDS program, which aims to help women working in the cooperative in developing their technical and entrepreneurial skills. Linked with their activity in bakery, the project focused on revealing their potential and developping their personal skills. These 30 beneficiaries received training in financial management, sales techniques, marketing, collective and internal organization and leadership.
